Payroll & books for sand and pad haulers
Load tickets in.
Paychecks out.
FleetBooks takes your load tickets, catches the ones sent twice, builds every driver's weekly settlement, and bills your customers. Payroll that ate your Sunday takes about twenty minutes.
The real FleetBooks dashboard, shown with sample data.
Your choice
Use it on its own or with Fleet-Dash
Already on Fleet-Dash? Connect it and tickets flow in by themselves. Not on it? FleetBooks does the whole job without it.
Everything in one app
Run dispatch, tickets, pay and billing all inside FleetBooks.
- Plan loads and assign a driver and truck
- Drivers tap Picked up and Delivered and send ticket photos from their phone
- Add loads by hand or import a spreadsheet
Tickets come in by themselves
Keep using Fleet-Dash in the field. FleetBooks handles the money side.
- Load Ticket BOLs sync in and match to your drivers
- Tons, pad, truck and scale ticket numbers fill in on their own
- A ticket sent twice gets flagged and stays unpaid
Buy either one on its own, or both together and save.
Sound familiar?
Payroll night shouldn't need three screens and a calculator
- Copying tickets into a spreadsheet, row by row. Then doing it again for invoices.
- Paying a driver twice for the same load because the ticket got sent twice. And finding out a month later.
- Drivers calling to ask what they made this week. Every week.
- Not knowing which truck, pad, or customer actually makes you money. Until the accountant tells you in April.
FleetBooks puts tickets, pay, invoices, fuel and the bank in one place, so each number only gets entered once.
How a week runs
From the pad to payday
- 1
Tickets come in
From Fleet-Dash, or from drivers' phones in the FleetBooks driver app.
- 2
You approve
Doubles are already flagged and kept off the pay. Fix anything, then approve.
- 3
Settlements build
Each driver's pay from their own rate, with detention, advances, escrow and fuel handled.
- 4
Customers get billed
The same loads become invoices. Watch who still owes you on the aging report.
| Ticket | Pad | Tons | Pay |
|---|---|---|---|
| BOL 40871 | Ranger 12H | 24.6 | $418.20 |
| BOL 40893 | Ranger 12H | 25.1 | $426.70 |
| BOL 40893 | Ranger 12H | 25.1 | DOUBLE |
| BOL 40917 | Mesa 3-East | 24.8 | $446.40 |
| BOL 40958 | Mesa 3-East | 25.3 | $455.40 |
| BOL 41002 | Pecos 7A | 24.9 | $398.40 |
Example settlement. BOL 40893 came in twice and the copy was held back automatically.

This is what you'll use every day
Real screens from FleetBooks, filled with sample trucking data.
Dispatch board
Plan a load, put a driver and truck on it, and follow it from planned to delivered. It warns you when a truck is overdue for service.
Everything in one login
What's inside
Made for haulers who get paid by the ton or the load and run company drivers and owner-operators side by side.
Driver pay & settlements
Pay by the load, ton, mile, hour or percent. Advances, escrow, lease and loan deductions carry week to week. W-2 export and 1099-NEC totals.
Doubles caught for you
The same ticket sent twice gets flagged and stays unpaid until you say otherwise, whether it came from Fleet-Dash or a phone.
Dispatch
Plan loads, assign a driver and truck, and see who's on what today. Drivers update status from the cab.
Customer invoices
Invoice from approved loads, take partial payments, and watch the aging report so nothing slips past 60 days.
Fuel cards & IFTA
Import Comdata, EFS, WEX, Pilot or Love's files. MPG by truck and a quarterly IFTA worksheet with miles and gallons by state.
Bank import & reports
Bank transactions sort into trucking categories on their own. Profit by driver, truck, customer and pad for any date range.
For your drivers
Drivers check their own pay
Every driver gets the FleetBooks app on their phone. Nothing to download from the app store. They open a link and sign in with their phone number and PIN.
- See the loads they're assigned
- Send ticket photos from the cab
- See each week's pay and statement
- Fewer calls to the office on Friday

Questions
Before you ask
Do I need Fleet-Dash?
No. FleetBooks works fully on its own: plan loads in Dispatch, and drivers send tickets from the driver app. If you already use Fleet-Dash, connect it and tickets come in by themselves.
How do I log in once I sign up?
Office staff log in at app.fleetbookpro.com, or with the Log in button at the top of this page. Drivers use the Driver login link and sign in with their phone number and the PIN you give them.
Does it replace QuickBooks?
For most small fleets, yes. FleetBooks keeps the books, imports your bank, tracks bills and runs profit and loss. If your accountant wants QuickBooks, you can export reports for them.
Can I pay owner-operators and company drivers differently?
Yes. Each driver has their own pay rate and type. Company drivers export for your W-2 payroll provider, and owner-operators get 1099 settlements with fuel and lease deductions.
Who else in my office can use it?
Give each person their own login and choose what they can see. Your dispatcher can see loads without seeing payroll.
